Put any group of Singaporeans in a room and inevitably, the conversation that ensues will turn to food. We live to eat and love nothing more than talking about what we are going to have at our next meal.
To make the next year and half a little more mouth-watering, MICA asked 18 Singaporean foodies what one dish, to them, reminds them of home.
Some of the results are strange, others classic. Some are very inspired, like Jimmy Chok's crabmeat wanton tortellinis with chilli crab sauce.
